Your patients arrive having already explained themselves.

Lifepack triages before the appointment and hands your clinician a brief instead of a blank page.

Talk to us

What happens before they reach you.

01

The patient describes it in their own words

In Turkish, Yoruba, Arabic or any of the eight. Sage asks about onset, duration, character, and what makes it better or worse, the way a clinician taking a history would.

02

Sage separates what to change from what to check

Self-care guidance where that is genuinely enough. A recommendation to see someone when the symptoms warrant it, rather than by default.

03

Your clinician opens a brief, not a blank page

Conditions, medications, allergies, recent lab markers with their reference ranges, and the last triage conversation. The appointment starts further along.

Where it stops, deliberately.

It is guidance, not diagnosis

Lifepack holds no regulatory clearance and does not claim any. The product says so to the patient, in the product, not only in the terms.

The record belongs to the patient

Everything Sage learns is visible to the patient on one screen, and deletable by them. You are not taking custody of a parallel medical record.

Emergencies go to emergency services

When a patient describes something urgent, Sage tells them to contact local emergency services and names the kind of facility to look for.

Tell us about your patients.

What languages they speak, and what your intake looks like today. We will tell you honestly whether this helps.

  • A reply from a person, not a sequence
  • No commitment to evaluate it
  • We will say if it is not a fit
